In 1987, on a tiny island off the coast of Maine, a small restaurant opened its doors. Its name: Simply Chris. Before you even stepped inside, you were greeted by the warm scent of fresh-baked bread and the sound of Tina Turner playing on the radio. Inside, guests found something even better — food made from simple, wholesome ingredients, crafted from scratch, and infused with my mother Christine’s most important ingredient: love.

Inspired by the heart and soul of Simply Chris, I’ve embraced the same philosophy in my approach to wellness. At Simply-Jess, I believe true healing begins by returning to the basics — using the timeless gifts Mother Nature has given us. Nourishing food to fuel and strengthen our bodies. Natural movement that builds resilience and flexibility. Simple, sustainable practices that restore balance and vitality. Finding your way back to health doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, the simplest things are the most powerful.
